Christine approaches therapy from a particularly strengths-based focus. She utilizes mindfulness, multicultural counseling, a trauma-focused lens, and attachment-based methods to help clients explore how past experiences, the personal narrative they are living in, and the patterns they may be unaware they are perpetuating are impacting their life and relationships in the present moment.
Christine helps clients claim ownership of their personal story by finding strength in previous chapters, and helping them write in space for healing, growth, and positive change in future chapters. Christine graduated with a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Santa Clara University. She also has a B.A. in English and a B.B.A. in Marketing. Christine has experience working with adults, teens, and couples. Out of the office, you’re likely to find Christine on a hike with her dog or with her nose in a new book.
