You are completely normal if you were compelled to click the link to this page. We are sexual beings. Sexual pleasure is one of the many gifts of having a human body. It is a great way to add touch, closeness, connection, pleasure, play, intimacy, personal expression, and vulnerability to your life.

Most of us were not raised to feel comfortable talking about sex, desire, or masturbation. It’s our job as adults to reclaim our innate sexuality. For most people, there is a lot to explore about sexuality past and present and how it impacts you, your choices, your relationships, and your sense of self.

I am very comfortable talking about any aspect of sex and sexuality. From kissing to kink, from poly to monogamy, from pain to pleasure, you can’t shock me, and I have great resources.
